Welcome to La Villa Boutique, a place where dreams come to life and meaningful creations take center stage. From a young age, I’ve been captivated by creativity and design. At just 12 years old, my sister- in-law gifted me my first designer booklet, introducing me to the basics of fashion. A dear friend added to this spark by gifting me a sewing machine, which became my gateway to a world of possibilities. Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a businesswoman-of building my own brand, creating meaningful designs, and sharing them with the world.
During my preteen and teenage years, I attended a church where I met a kind Cuban artist, whom I fondly called my second grandma. When I shared my dream of becoming a fashion designer, she lovingly advised me against pursuing it based on her experiences. Her words, coupled with life’s challenges, caused me to pause.

As an immigrant growing up in the United States, I often felt my dream wasn’t plausible. Instead, I graduated high school, worked for years, and let that creative light dim. But as time went on, the fire inside me never truly went out. After bettering my legal status and reaching my 30s, I decided that nothing would stop me. Despite a full-time job, bills, and even health challenges-including my husband’s heart attack-I refused to let excuses hold me back.
About a year ago, I rediscovered the creative side of me I thought I had lost. I began relearning, dreaming, and planning how to bring my vision to life as an adult. Today, I feel incredibly blessed to pursue this dream and share it with you. La Villa Boutique is more than just a clothing brand-it’s a testament to perseverance, faith, and the beauty of dreaming big. Every piece we create reflects love, care, and the belief that with God leading the way and human effort, we can achieve something truly meaningful.
